The Complete Mortgage Company was established by William Scantlebury in 2009, after starting his mortgage advising career with a national estate agency group five years earlier.
Originally set up to provide national coverage, the company has evolved a client base which stretches across the whole of the UK, arranging mortgages on properties as far afield as Hove and Glasgow. We mainly provide telephone-based advice and use email and post to provide clients with the documentation they need. We love meeting our more local clients and can arrange home visits, or you can come to us at our offices in St Ives town centre.
The business has grown on the back of referrals and recommendations, and we have never advertised our services. We are always very grateful for the kind comments our clients make about us. William still works by the same motto he did when he started the business: 'treat customers as you would wish to be treated'.
